Ardi Honarmand is the Founder of Condos of the Six, a real estate platform specializing in pre-construction investment properties across Canada and select international markets. “The Six” refers to Toronto, a nickname derived from the city’s original six municipalities, reflecting the brand’s roots in the Greater Toronto Area.

Ardi is a Real Estate Sales Representative (REALTOR®), brokered by Century 21 Kennect Realty Inc., Brokerage.

In addition to his real estate background, Ardi is a senior-level engineering and construction professional with cross-border experience in both Canada and the United States. Having overseen complex capital programs in regulated environments, he brings institutional-level discipline, advanced risk assessment, and deep construction insight to real estate investments. With years of experience in the industry, Ardi has gained knowledge in real estate investment, property management, appraisal, finance, municipal codes and by-laws, home inspection, staging, renovations, taxation, accounting, and real estate law. In addition, he has mastered soft skills such as negotiation, etiquette, and, most importantly, customer care. He strongly believes in supporting his clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, becoming a one-stop real estate resource while avoiding conflicts of interest at all times. He continuously studies and evaluates current market trends to educate his clients and help them make the best possible decisions.

Ardi has established strong relationships with leading builders and developers, providing his clients with priority access to top pre-construction developments in Canada and select international markets. These opportunities range from townhomes to condominiums, and from semi-detached to detached homes. Through this network, Ardi is often able to secure early access to project details before public release, including floor plans, pricing, and incentive programs. This allows his clients to be among the first to evaluate opportunities and benefit from more favorable pricing and selection.

Backed by his knowledge of contracts, zoning, market fundamentals, return on investment, and neighborhood dynamics, Ardi helps clients assess each opportunity with a strategic and informed approach. Ardi specializes in pre-construction developments, assignment sales, and resale properties.
