This Privacy Policy explains how Condos of the Six (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.condosofthesix.com or contact us. Condos of the Six is operated by Ardi Honarmand, Sales Representative with Century 21 Kennect Realty Inc., Brokerage, in Markham, Ontario. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this website (for example Platinum VIP Registration, Contact Us or a property enquiry) or chat with us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, whether you are a realtor, and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, how you scroll and move around a page, the website that referred you, your approximate location (city or region), and your device, browser and operating system.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the information you request, such as floor plans, price lists and project updates
• To send you information about new pre-construction projects, promotions and Platinum VIP events where you have agreed to receive it
• To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve its content, speed and design
• To measure the results of our advertising
• To keep the website and our forms secure and to prevent spam

Analytics, advertising and other tools we use

We use the following third-party services. They may set cookies or use similar technologies, and they process information on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, although some features may not. You can also opt out of specific tools:

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above that help us run the website and communicate with you, with our brokerage, Century 21 Kennect Realty Inc., where required for regulatory and record-keeping purposes, and where required by law. Some of these providers store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law and real estate regulations, and then delete or anonymize it. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of each tool.

How we protect information

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to how we use it, subject to legal and contractual limits. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
